မဟာတန္းမ ်ားအတြက္ သုေတသန ျပဳလုပ္ရာတြင္

-  Taxonomy Specialization  အတြက္  Flora  ျဖစ္လ ွ်င္ အနည္းဆံဳုး  species   (50) သုေတသနျပဳလုပ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး Inflorescence, L.S of flower, T.S of ovary  ထည့္သြင္းရန္ႏွင့္  Monograph  ျဖစ္လ ွ်င္ Angiosperm Family တစ္ခုရွိ  Species မ ်ားကို  Identification,  Classification  and Characterization  မ ်ား ျပည့္စံုစြာျဖင့္ သုေတသနျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး Drawing ပံုမ ်ားတည့္သြင္းရန္။

-     Anatomy    Specialization     အတြက္  Same    Family     မွ   အပင္ႏွစ္ပင္ရွိ အစိတ္အပိုင္းအားလံုးကို Comparative Study  ျပဳလုပ္ရန္။

-    Pharmacognosy  Specialization  အတြက္ ေရြးခ ်ယ္ထားေသာ အပင္တစ္ပင္လံုးကို

Morphology, Histology, Diagnostic Characters and Phytochemical analysis of

Powder and Sensory Characters  မ ်ား ပါ၀င္ေသာ သုေတသနျပဳလုပ္ရန္။

-    Microbiology Specialization အတြက္ ေရြးခ ်ယ္ထားေသာ ေျမနမူနာ (သို႔မဟုတ္) အပင္မွ အဏုဇီ၀႐ုပ္မ ်ားကို  Isolation   လုပ္၍ Microbial Activity အေကာင္းဆံုး Strain   တစ္ခု  (သို႔မဟုတ္)  ႏွစ္ခုကိုေရြးရမည္။ ၿပီးေနာက္ Metabolite   မ ်ားအား ရွာေဖြေဖာ္ထုတ္ရန္။

-     Horticulture     Specialization    အတြက္ ေရြးခ ်ယ္ထားေသာ အပင္တစ္ပင္ကို မိုးတြင္း တစ္ခါ၊ မိုးၿပီးတစ္ခါ စိုက္ၿပီး  Water, Fertilizer, Stress etc. ျဖင့္ Growth and Development  ကို ရွာေဖြေဖာ္ထုတ္ရန္။

-     Environmental  Science Specialization  အတြက္  Forest   Cover   ရွိ  Area   ကို ေရြးခ ်ယ္ၿပီး အကြက္ (၁၀) ကြက္ (သို႔မဟုတ္) (၂၀) ကြက္ မွ  Sampling  ကို  Diversity   အတြက္ Analysis လုပ္ရန္။

-     Phycology Specialization အတြက္ ေရြးခ ်ယ္ထားေသာ ကန္တစ္ကန္႔​၏ ေႏြ၊ မိုး၊ ေဆာင္း Seasonal variation သို႔မဟုတ္  Water Layer တြင္ရွိေသာ Algae  မ်ားကိုေဖာ္ထုတ္ရန္။

-    Physiology   Specialization   အတြက္  Soil,  Water,  Temperature   ႏွင့္  Light

တို႔အေပၚ အေျခခံေသာ သုေတသနမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ရန္။

-     Genetics   ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍  Mitosis   (or)   Meiosis   တစ္ခုေရြးရန္။  Mitosis ျဖစ္ပါက အနည္းဆံုး species  (၅) မ်ိဴး ေလ့လာရန္ ႏွင့္ Karyotype  ကိုပါထည့္သြင္းရန္ႏွင့္ ႏွိုင္းယွဥ္ ရန္။ Meiosis   ျဖစ္ပါက အပင္(၂) မ ်ိဴ း   ​၏    Meiosis I and II ၏ stage  အားလံုးကို ရွာေဖြရန္ႏွင့္ ႏွိုင္းယွဥ္ျပရန္။

-    Palenology    ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍   ဧ ရိယာတစ္ခုမွ အနည္းဆံုး အပင္   (၂၀) ရွာေဖြရန္ႏွင့္  Pollen type  ကို identify  ျပဳ လုပ္ရန္။

-     Tissue   Culture     ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ ၍   Surface   sterilization   ကို  Chemical substances       Concentration  အမ ်ိဴ းမ ်ိဴ  းႏွင့္ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္။  အေကာင္းဆံုး Concentration   ကို ေရြးခ ်ယ္ရန္။  Media   ကိုေရြးခ ်ယ္ကာ growth  regulators (or)  other  additives  concentration  အမ ်ိဴ းမ ်ိဴ းႏွင့္  culture  လုပ္၍ အခ ်ိန္ ကာလ အပိုင္းအ  ျခား အလိုက္ growth  ကို  measure လုပ္ရန္။ Biomass (fresh weight, dry weight) တို႔ျဖင့္လည္း ေဖာ္ျပရန္။
