မျှော်မှန်းချက်

သမိုင်းဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များမှာ သမိုင်းဘာသာ(ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့ရ) ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများနှင့် မျိုးဆက်သစ်သမိုင်းပညာရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ မျိုးဆက်သစ်သမိုင်းပညာရှင်တစ်ဦး  ဖော်ပြပါ အရည်အချင်းများရှိရမည်။

            (၁)အဖွဲ့အစည်းဆိုင်ရာ အောင်မြင်သောပြောင်းလဲမှုကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ချင့်ချိန်အကဲဖြတ်နိုင်                   ရန်

            (၂)အတွေ့အကြုံများမှ အကျိုးရလဒ်ကောင်းများ ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်ရန်၊

(၃)နိုင်ငံရေးအပြောင်းအလဲများမှ အောင်မြင်မှုများနှင့် ကျဆုံးမှုများအတွက် အခွင့်အလမ်းကောင်း များကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်၊

ရည်မှန်းချက်

ရည်မှန်းချက်ပြီးမြောက်အောင်မြင်ဖို့ရန် သမိုင်းဌာနသည် ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့သင်တန်းနှင့် မဟာဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့ဆိုင်ရာ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းများပြည့်မီစေရန် ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရသည်။ သမိုင်း(ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့)အထူးပြု သမိုင်းကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများကို လေးနှစ်သင်တန်းကို တက်ရောက်ရသည်။ အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီစွာ အောင်မြင်သော ဒုတိယနှစ်ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် ဝိဇ္ဇာဂုဏ်ထူးတန်းသို့ တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။ ဘွဲ့ကြိုကျောင်းသား၊ကျောင်းသူမျာသည် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်များ ဖြစ်သော မြန်မာ၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်၊ ဒဿနိကဗေဒ၊ ပထဝီဝင်၊ မြန်မာ့ရေးရာ ဘာသာရပ်များကို ပူးတွဲသင်ယူပေးသည်။ နောက်ဆုံးနှစ်ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့အတွက် စာတမ်းငယ်ကို ပြုစုရေးသားရဿည်။ မဟာ ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့ရယူမည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် စာသင်နှစ် တစ်နှစ်တက်ရောက်ရပြီး ကျမ်းပြုစုရန် တစ်နှစ်သတ်မှတ်သည်။
